As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy for matching consumers with optimal delivery options while maximizing automated locker utilization. Locker capacity is central to our operational economics: your mission is to present the right delivery destinations dynamically, protecting conversion rates and ensuring a seamless experience for merchants and shoppers alike.

This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce behavior, network economics, and operational constraints. You will transform complex trade-offs between parcel volumes, consumer loyalty, and physical limits into clear, high-leverage product strategies.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Problem Definition: Uncover and define the highest-leverage opportunities across the capacity and checkout-conversion domain.

Goal Translation: Break down macro company objectives into clear, actionable product initiatives.

Impact-Driven Prioritization: Ruthlessly prioritize bets that move our North Star metric, testing assumptions rapidly and scaling winning solutions.

Roadmap & Alignment: Build and own the product roadmap, rallying cross-functional stakeholders and leadership behind a cohesive product vision.

Your Future Team You’ll join our Network business area, working alongside PMs, decision analysts, and business leaders who prioritize pragmatic outcomes over theoretical perfection.

You will lead a cross-functional squad of software engineers, machine learning specialists, and data scientists, co-leading the domain in tandem with an Engineering Manager and a Staff Engineer.

What We’re Looking For Product Leadership: Demonstrated track record as a Product Manager driving measurable results in fast-paced, high-scale environments.

Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong quantitative toolkit paired with sharp commercial instinct; adept at balancing data insights with real-world intuition.

Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge discussions between senior executives, operational leads, and ML/engineering specialists.

Autonomous Execution: A leadership style built on setting clear direction, empowering teams with trust, and prioritizing ruthlessly.

Pragmatic Mindset: Laser focus on tangible business outcomes rather than feature volume.

Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to bring structure, clarity, and decisiveness to complex, evolving operational systems.
